Welcome to NeBruh. By accessing or using the NeBruh app, website, or any of our features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use NeBruh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and NeBruh (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, or “NeBruh”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using NeBruh, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your country) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using NeBruh on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Permitted Use & Lawful Conduct

When using NeBruh, you agree to:

• Use the app and website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
• Not post, share, or transmit any content that is harmful, false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise illegal.
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or impair the functionality of NeBruh, its servers, or any connected networks.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of NeBruh and third parties. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of NeBruh’s software or content without explicit permission.
• Use NeBruh in a manner that does not interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the service.

3. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.
• Engaging in data mining, scraping, or automated access to NeBruh without prior written consent.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or falsely stating your affiliation with NeBruh.
• Using NeBruh to distribute unsolicited commercial messages (“spam”) or engage in fraudulent schemes.
• Attempting to bypass any security or access restrictions of NeBruh.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The NeBruh name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, and all related content are owned by or licensed to NeBruh and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use NeBruh for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use may result in termination of your access and legal action.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to NeBruh (including both the app and website) at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, for conduct that harms other users or NeBruh, or for any other lawful reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of NeBruh and destroy any downloaded materials. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

6. User Content

If you submit, post, or display any content (comments, messages, images, etc.) via NeBruh, you grant NeBruh a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating the service. You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of sharing it. NeBruh does not claim ownership of your content, but you affirm that you have all necessary rights to share it.

7. Disclaimers

NeBruh is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeBruh disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that NeBruh will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. Your use of NeBruh is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeBruh and its owners, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use NeBruh, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use NeBruh in the past six months.

9. Third-Party Services

NeBruh may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with external platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. NeBruh is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party services.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the NeBruh app or on the website. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page will be updated. Your continued use of NeBruh after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where NeBruh operates (unless mandatory local laws apply). Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of NeBruh shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court, as determined by NeBruh, and you waive the right to participate in a class action.
